What is the shipping method, processing time & rate for a typical order? 

 

  • Orders placed before 12:00PM GMT Monday – Friday will begin processing the same day.
  • Orders received after 12:00PM GMT will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or UK Bank Holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • The timeframe for the shipment will begin when the carrier picks up your order for delivery.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, Outer Hebrides, The Isles of Scilly, The Isle of Man and Internationally?

We deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland. However, geographical location and courier availability can restrict our service and costs. We may not always be able to deliver certain products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Outer Hebrides, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man. We do not ship internationally.

 

Shipping Confirmation

We will send a shipment confirmation email once we have finished processing your order. If you place an order after the cut-off time, you may experience a delay between the shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order. Our shipping carriers do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends or postal holidays.

 

What happens if an item is out of stock?  

On the rare occasion, an item is currently out of stock, we will cancel the item and remove it from your order. You will receive an email notifying you the order has changed.
