Return Policy - Tweezerman UK

All returned items are evaluated before processing and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition, are open or are damaged. We will accept a return of the products purchased on tweezerman.co.uk for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 14 days of delivery and provided such products are returned in their original condition, in the original packaging, unopened and including the original receipt or proof of purchase. Faulty items will be accepted in accordance with our warranty, terms of which are detailed in our Terms & Conditions.

We will refund within 14 days once goods have been received and evaluated. Your refund will be credited back using the same payment method used to make the original purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S), FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:

1. Follow the link provided here.

2. Enter the order number and email address used at checkout.

3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and complete the return reasoning. Follow the prompts to initiate your return.

4. Print out the provided USPS shipping label and tape it to the outside of your Tweezerman return packaging.

5. Drop it off at your local post office or standard collection box.

5.  Print out the provided Royal Mail shipping label and tape it to the outside of your Tweezerman return packaging.
6.  Drop it off at your local post office.
